Former HSU State University student Robert Daudu arrested for sexual assault no longer in custody

Former HSU student Robert Daudu has not been arraigned yet for his recent arrest for sexual assault.

There was n incident back in June 2015 involving the Arcata Police Department and PC 243 (3)(1), domestic battery, a misdemeanor, had no complaint filed.

He was in custody until yesterday. He is no longer in custody. He was on the must go list on February 18. This means he was not arraigned during the statutory time required.

Humboldt State press release:
Former Humboldt State University student Robert Ikpomwonsa Daudu was arrested for a sexual assault that occurred in December 2015 in an east campus parking lot.
University Police officers arrested Daudu on Saturday, Feb. 13. Daudu was booked in the Humboldt County Jail.
Daudu was enrolled in classes through fall 2015 but was not registered as an active student for the spring 2016 semester. Daudu, 26, is originally from Claremont, Calif.
