"We pulled over the DMV area and were swarmed by a bunch of cops"

Afternoon testimony in the Jason Warren case started off with the jury seeing color video relating to the specific times from Detective Cheryl Franco's testimony this morning showing Jason Warren coming to Dorothy Ulrich's home, working on surveillance camera, you see a clear shot of him, and events leading up to his exit from Ulrich's home on September 27, 2012.

After the video, the jury heard the audio of Dorothy Ulrich pleading for her life.

Detective Franco's testimony took up most of the afternoon session as well. At 4 p.m. Warren's wife, Ti-san-che Lincoln took the stand. She is still married to Jason Warren. She did not look at him, other than to identify him in court.

Today's testimony focused on their on and off relationship, separation, the fact that they were married but not living together, due to his incarceration.

When Mr. Paul Sequeira asked her about the incoming calls and missed calls from Eddie Koch's number on September 27, 2012, she said that she did not recognize the number. She listened to Warren's messages after her college classes that morning and "as soon as I heard his voice, I erased it."

She said she met with Warren outside Koch's house, she did not offer him a ride back to Hoopa and told him to ask her friend who was driving. She described that about three blocks away from Koch's house, she told her friend that there were lights on behind the. "We pulled over the DMV area and were swarmed by a bunch of cops."

Lincoln's testimony will resume Monday morning.
