U.S. Coast Guard rescues two people from the water near Woodley Island

Today, the U.S. Post office unveiled a stamp in honor of the Coast Guard. A helicopter took off from Halvorsen park and these are photos from this morning's event unveiling ceremony, said Eureka Mayor Frank Jager.
