Frequently arrested Jason Balke in trouble again.

In 2012, he was arrested on alleged garbage theft charges, in 2014, he had to be tazed by deputies because he resisted arrest and was allegedly under influence of narcotics. http://lostcoastoutpost.com/2012/feb/9/three-arrested-theft-garbage/

On 08-17-2015 at about 12:30 p.m. the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stabbing that just occurred at a residence located in the 2000 block of Park Street, McKinleyville. When deputies arrived on scene they learned the following information from witnesses and victims.
Two male victims ages 33 and 43 where inside of the residence on Park Street when an acquaintance of theirs, named Jason Edward Balke age 35  knocked on the front door.  A verbal argument occurred between the two male victims and the suspect, Jason Balke. The argument occurred , because Balke wanted  to borrow cigarette. Sometime during the verbal argument Balke produced a box cutter and assaulted both of  the male victims. It was reported to the deputies both of the victims fought back with Balke in self-defense after they were assaulted.
Both of the victims received non-life threating lacerations injuries from the box cutter and were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Jason Balke was located at his residence at the corner of Park Street and “B” Street McKinleyville. Balke was taken into custody without incident. Balke was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment for injuries he received during the altercation from the victims.
After Balke was treated for his injuries he was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for assault with a deadly weapon. Blake’s bail was set at $50,000 dollars.
