Closing arguments to start in a minute or so. The morning started with Judge John Feenwy giving very detailed jury instructions. Usually, the jury has a few copies of jury instructions to share but Judge Feeney said he had time yesterday to make each juror a copy.
The jury that deliberated has lost two original jueors, one got a job, the other got sick and was replaced today.
DDA Roger Rees gave an approximately hour and half powerful opening today. Mr. Marek Reavis will give his closing tomorrow at 8:45, followed by a rebuttal by Mr. Rees. Hopefully, the jury will get final instructions and start deliberations tomorrow.
