One such example is that Ms. Holmquist asked why the witnesses interviewed were not tested for alcohol drugs. Sgt. Martinez explained that they were not in custody for a crime, they were cooperative and no indication that they needed to be tested for drugs or alcohol use.
Regarding the red spots, the witness being questioned told Sgt. Martinez it was red dye.
