Some witnesses who were interviewed discussed the case while waiting at APD and one of the people at the Eye Street had red spots on a t shirt that was not investigated.
Today is the first time the defense scored a significant doubt about investigation.
Ms. Holmquist asked why some of people who were interviewed by Sgt. Martinez were not given an alcohol breathlyzer or drug test. Why cell-phones were not confiscated and why people were not separated once Sgt. Martinez learned that some of them had been discussing the case.
She brought up some red spots on a t shirt worn by one of the individuals who was detained and questioned and had been at the Eye Street house the night Christina and Sunshine were murdered.
